A Love Story Film is exactly what it sounds like. It's a chance to slow down for an evening and tell the story of how the two of you got here. We'll spend time together in a place that's meaningful to you, talk about how you met, what drew you to each other, and the journey that's led to your wedding day. It's less about creating a polished "engagement video" and more about preserving this season of your lives before it becomes a memory.

Think of it as a date night with a camera tagging along. There's no timeline to follow or wedding day pressure. We simply spend time together doing something that feels like you. Maybe it's making coffee at home, wandering through downtown, hiking at sunset, or grabbing ice cream from your favorite spot. The goal isn't to stage moments. It's to capture the little interactions that already exist between you and turn them into a short film you'll love coming back to.

Absolutely. Every temple wedding follows its own timeline, so I'm always happy to tailor a collection around your plans. If you're not sure what you need, we'll figure it out together.

As soon as you have your date! I only take on a limited number of weddings each year to ensure every couple receives the time and attention they deserve.

Most couples receive their finished film within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the collection they've chosen. I take my time with each edit because I want your film to feel thoughtful, personal, and true to your day. If you've chosen an expedited delivery option, you'll receive your film even sooner.

Absolutely. Most of my couples tell me they're a little nervous at first. My approach is relaxed and natural, and I'll gently guide you whenever it's helpful while leaving plenty of room for genuine moments to unfold on their own.

I love working with the photographer! Some of the best wedding films happen when the photo and video teams work together. I always do my best to communicate, stay out of the way when needed, and create an experience that's enjoyable for everyone involved.

No. Temple sealings are sacred, private ordinances, and I have the utmost respect for that. While cameras aren't permitted inside the temple, some of the most meaningful moments happen just outside its doors. My role is to preserve those moments with the same care and intention, creating a film that tells the story surrounding your sealing.

Every temple wedding is a little different, so we'll start with the collection that feels like the best fit and build from there if needed. Before the wedding, we'll jump on a Zoom call so I can get to know you both, hear your story, and learn what you're most excited about. We'll walk through your timeline, talk about the kind of film you're hoping for, and make sure we're on the same page long before the wedding day. That way, when I show up with a camera, I'm not just filming a schedule. I'm filming your story.

Every wedding is different, but most temple collections include coverage of the temple exit, family portraits, couple portraits, and the reception or celebration afterward. If you're planning bridals, a first look, or a ring ceremony, those can easily be included as well.

Yes! Bridal sessions are one of my favorite ways to create beautiful, intentional imagery without the time constraints of a wedding day. Engagement sessions are also available and make a wonderful addition to any collection.

First look, letter or vow exchange, anything like that is highly encouraged! These can be some of the most rewarding shots in your film when planned out!

Absolutely. If your schedule allows for it, I think separate bridals are one of the best investments you can make. Without the pressure of a wedding day timeline, we can slow down, enjoy the experience, and create portraits that feel relaxed, natural, and uniquely yours. It also means you'll spend less time away from your guests and more time celebrating once your wedding day arrives.

Absolutely. While I'm based in Arizona, I'm happy to travel wherever your story takes you. Travel fees may apply depending on the location, but I'll always discuss those with you beforehand so there are no surprises.
